Conditions of Service:

1. Upon signing this agreement we do hereby swear that we are the owners of this bitch and have legal right to breed her.

2. Bitch owner attests that this bitch is at least 22 months of age and is less than seven years of age at the time of breeding.

3. Bitch owner attests that they have the bitches best welfare at interest and that they are able and capable of caring for this bitch if in whelp and her litter.

4. Bitch owner swears that this bitch has not produced a litter within the last 12 months of this breeding.

5. Bitch owner agrees to be responsible for the offspring of this breeding and further agrees to take back puppies if the purchaser/owners can no longer keep them. The bitch owner agrees to add this clause to their sales contract that the stud dog owner has second right of refusal.

6. The bitch owner agrees to make known to the stud owner where all puppies are placed for the stud dog owner's purpose of seeing what their stud has produced. Bitch owner providing the stud owner a photocopy of the completed AKC litter registration record form will do this.

7. The bitch owner agrees to not knowingly let puppies resulting from this breeding, be placed in a shelter, pound, pet shop or any organization or person dealing in or with the wholesale of puppies. (Puppy Mills, brokers and/or Laboratories)



Conditions Of Payment:

A. Owner of bitch is responsible for all costs incurred for collection of stud, progesterone level tests, shipping expenses and insemination. When using frozen semen bitch owner is responsible for all charges connected with releasing, processing and shipping the semen from the International Canine Semen Bank. It is the breeder's responsibility to do any and all required testing to assure the correct target date for breeding. Frozen semen is to be used for surgical implants only.

B. The Stud Fee is $1200. A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required at the time of breeding. This deposit will be applied towards the stud fee if the breeding is successful. The balance of the stud fee of $600, is payable when the litter is born. Two live puppies whelped constitutes a litter. Stud owner is not obligated to sign litter registration application until stud fee is paid.
